SmartActions.Agreement and service scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of SmartActions at smart-actions.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “SmartActions,” “we” and “our” refer to the team operating this service. SmartActions provides the writing, translation, transcription, meeting notes and developer tools available in its catalog. Tool pages describe current capabilities, supported formats, limits and credit costs. Sample previews illustrate functionality and are not guarantees of results.
Accounts and permitted use
Use a Google account you are authorized to access and protect your session. You must have permission to process submitted text, documents and recordings, including any necessary participant consent. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, bypass access controls, exploit credits, disrupt the service or attempt to access other users' data. You must be legally able to use the service under the laws that apply to you.
You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age requirements in your jurisdiction. If parental or guardian permission is required, obtain it before using the service. You are responsible for activity under your account and should report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Do not submit malware, attempt to extract credentials, evade usage limits or use the service to harm others.
Credits and execution
Current published tools show a fixed credit cost before execution. Credits are reserved at the start, settled after success and released after failure. Internal batching and the supported format-repair attempt do not add an extra charge. Credits are internal service units, not money or a promise of cash redemption. Starter grants may change. There is currently no payment checkout or paid subscription purchase flow.
Review outputs and save your work
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Review it before relying on it, and seek qualified advice for important decisions. The service is not a substitute for legal, medical or financial advice. You retain rights you have in your submitted material; third-party rights and provider terms may affect output use. Our execution history does not store generated results for recovery. Copy or download your work before leaving.
Your content and intellectual property
You retain any rights you hold in submitted content. You authorize us and our service providers to process it as necessary to perform your requested tasks, operate the service and address related support or security issues. This does not grant us ownership of your content. You are responsible for checking whether you may submit and use material and outputs; AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection. The SmartActions brand, interface and software remain protected by their respective owners’ rights. Use of the service does not transfer those rights to you.
Third-party services
Google sign-in, AI providers and other infrastructure services are subject to their applicable terms and policies. Third-party availability, processing limits and safety restrictions can affect a run. We do not imply endorsement by Google or any model provider. Availability, suspension and termination
We may maintain, update, limit or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free results. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through support. Save outputs you need before leaving; account deletion does not create a result recovery option.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We are not responsible for decisions you make without reviewing results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory protections in your jurisdiction.
Privacy, changes and support
See our Privacy Policy for data processing. We may update these terms to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements. We will update the date on this page and provide notice of material changes where required. Mandatory local law continues to apply; these terms do not require you to waive protections you are entitled to.
